Mitchelstown Shotokan Karate Club was established in 1991 by Eddie O Donnell Sensei 6th Dan.
Sensei O Donnell has been involved in Shotokan Karate with over 30 years and has competed for his club, organisation and country both Nationally and Internationally to great success.
He still continues to compete both Nationally and Internationally on a regular basis.
Sensei O Donnell came 1st and 3rd place in the world championships in Tokyo, Japan in Team Kumite and Kata.
And is considered one of the best technical Kata and Kumite coaches around.

Juniors 7.30pm to 8.30pm Seniors 7.30pm to 9pm
Our Ladys Day Care Centre, Ballylanders, Co. Limerick. Fridays 6pm to 7pm Junior and Senior
